St. Tammany Health System has announced the following hours for the upcoming Christmas and New Year’s holidays.
Emergency services: All of the health system’s emergency services, including at St. Tammany Parish Hospital in Covington and at our off-site Emergency Department in Mandeville, are open 24 hours a day every day. As always, they will remain open around the clock through the holidays.
Express Care Kids: STHS’s Express Care Kids clinic in Mandeville (3663 U.S. 190) will observe the following holiday hours:
Christmas Eve (Dec. 24): noon to 5 p.m.Christmas Day (Dec. 25): 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.New Year’s Eve (Dec. 31): noon to 5 p.m.New Year’s Day (Jan. 1): 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Christmas Eve (Dec. 24): noon to 5 p.m.
Christmas Day (Dec. 25): 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Express Care Covington: STHS’s Express Care walk-in clinic in Covington (80 Gardenia Drive) will observe the following holiday hours:

Primary care clinics: All traditional St. Tammany Physicians Network primary care clinics will observe the following holiday hours.

Specialty and outpatient clinics: The STHS Therapy and Wellness center (1 N. Azalea Drive, Covington) will close at noon on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve before closing on both Christmas and New Year’s Day. All other STHS specialty and outpatient clinics will close at 1 p.m. Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve before closing on both Christmas and New Year’s Day.
St. Tammany Health System Pharmacy at Braswell’s: Braswell’s will observe the following holiday hours:
Christmas Eve (Dec. 24): 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.Christmas Day (Dec. 25): CLOSED.New Year’s Eve (Dec. 31): 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.New Year’s Day (Jan. 1): CLOSED.
Christmas Eve (Dec. 24): 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
New Year’s Eve (Dec. 31): 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Business offices: Closed on Christmas (Dec. 25) and New Year’s Day (Jan. 1).
Hospital cafeteria: The St. Tammany Parish Hospital cafeteria will close at 2 p.m. on Christmas Day and New Year's Day. Room service dining for patients and guests will operate as normal, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Hospital shuttle and valet services: Valet and parking lot shuttle services at St. Tammany Parish Hospital will observe the following holiday schedule:
Christmas Eve (Dec. 24): Normal operations.Christmas Day (Dec. 25): All valet services will be suspended for the day on Dec. 25. Shuttle service will observe normal business hours for Lot 7 only; Lot 10 will be closed. New Year’s Eve (Dec. 31): Normal operations.New Year’s Day (Jan. 1): All valet services will be suspended for the day on Jan. 1. Shuttle service will observe normal business hours for Lot 7 only; Lot 10 will be closed.
