Autism Awareness

Support World Autism Month

Autism is a spectrum, just like a rainbow is a spectrum of visible light, full of wonder and opportunity too. This April, St. Tammany Health System will be sharing our support for pediatric patients in our community with Autism.

How can you support these efforts?

  • Purchase an Embrace the Spectrum of My Powers t-shirt for $25 at the Guild Gift Shop, located in the lobby of STHS's main campus, or online below. T-shirts purchased online may be picked up at our St. Tammany Hospital Foundation office.
  • Make a donation to the Foundation year-round in support of our efforts!
  • Support or start a third-party event that supports our Pediatric Autism fund. Contact Emily Revere at 985-898-4110 or erevere@stph.org to learn more.

Proceeds raised through our awareness efforts will support St. Tammany Health System's efforts to better care for those with autism in our community. Our Pediatric Emergency Department, Pediatric ICU, St. Tammany Pediatrics clinic, Parenting Center and Bone & Joint Clinic have been named Certified Autism Centers, and your support can help us expand into new areas of the health system!
